thankful

for this sweet Preston boy (three weeks)
and all of his precious baby-ness...




for a husband who has been home
taking care of us
and doing it all with
a smile on his face...






for my sister Meredith,
who made this beautiful little sweater + hat.
she has talents beyond measure,
always crafting and cooking and creating...
i've said it before,
but i don't know how she does it all,
while keeping up with her 3 boys
and she took on my 3 too,
while i was having a baby.
she is amazing,
and i'm thankful for her

week two

Preston Rulon

arrived on February 2nd.

He is so sweet and calm.

Has lots of dark, silky hair,

dimples,

long fingers & toes,

a cuddly disposition,

great nursing skills,

full lips with a little cleft in the top,

a sweet baby smell,

and of course, his mama in the palm of his hand,

we are crazy in love

and this is just the beginning. . .
